Frequently Asked Questions

Anything else on your mind? Call us. A physiotherapist answers the phone, not a machine.

Call +91 96867 82358
Do I need a doctor’s referral to start?

No referral is needed. Walk in or call us directly. If you have reports or a surgeon’s protocol, bring them and we will build your plan around them.

How long does each session take?

A typical session runs about an hour. Your first visit is longer and unhurried, because we examine your movement thoroughly before treating anything.

How many sessions will I need?

It honestly depends on your condition and where you begin. After your first assessment you get a written plan with milestones, so you always know what we are working towards and how it is going.

Do you offer home physiotherapy visits?

Yes. We run structured home visit programs for bedridden, post-ICU and mobility-limited patients across Bannerghatta Road, RR Nagar and Kengeri.

How soon after surgery should physiotherapy begin?

For most orthopedic surgeries, gentle rehabilitation starts within days, as advised by your surgeon. Starting early at the right intensity is one of the strongest predictors of a full recovery.

What should I wear or bring to my first session?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, and any medical reports, scans or surgical notes you have. If you use a walking aid, bring it along so we can assess you with it.

Can a family member sit in during sessions?

We encourage it. Recovery goes faster when someone at home understands the plan, so we happily involve family in sessions and teach safe ways to help.

Which areas do you serve?

The center is on Bannerghatta Road, and we see patients from across south Bengaluru including RR Nagar and Kengeri. Home visits cover nearby localities; call us to confirm yours.
