There is a tiredness that sleep does not touch. Anyone who has been through chemotherapy knows it, and so does anyone who has watched a parent go through it. The muscles shrink from weeks in bed, the shoulder stiffens after surgery, the feet go quietly numb, and somewhere in it all a person starts feeling like a patient instead of themselves.

Cancer rehabilitation exists to push back. It is one of the best-kept secrets in oncology: graded, carefully dosed exercise is the single most evidence-backed treatment for cancer-related fatigue. Our sessions are gentle by design, coordinated with your oncologist’s guidance and your treatment calendar, and paced entirely by how your body is doing that week. The goal is simple and worth everything: to give you back the strength that treatment borrowed.

01 · Who this helps

What Cancer Rehabilitation Helps With

01

Cancer-Related Fatigue

Graded activity that adds energy over the week instead of draining it. Counterintuitive, and proven.

02

Post-Surgical Mobility

Gentle staged shoulder and chest mobility, with careful monitoring of the arm as range returns.

03

Neuropathy & Balance

Balance and sensory retraining when chemo-related neuropathy makes floors feel unfamiliar.

04

Reconditioning & Strength

Progressive reconditioning that starts wherever you are, even at five minutes of seated movement.

02 · Our method

Our Treatment Approach

“During chemo I felt my body was no longer mine. These sessions gave me one hour a week where I was getting stronger, not weaker.”

  • Oncologist-Coordinated Care

We follow your treatment calendar and precautions, ease off around chemo cycles and low-count days, and never guess where medicine has spoken.

  • Energy-Managed Sessions

Sessions dosed so exercise gives more than it takes. We track how you feel the next day, not just in the room.

  • Gradual Progression

The floor is wherever your body is today. The ceiling moves up a little at a time, on your terms.

  • Private, Unhurried Care

Private treatment space, unhurried appointments, and a team that understands what treatment takes from a person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Anything else on your mind? Call us. A physiotherapist answers the phone, not a machine.

Call +91 96867 82358
Is exercise safe during chemotherapy?

For most patients yes, and international oncology guidelines actively recommend it. We coordinate with your oncologist, respect low blood count days and keep intensity carefully controlled.

Can physiotherapy help with lymphedema risk?

We provide safe graded arm exercise after breast cancer surgery and watch closely for early swelling. Where dedicated lymphedema therapy is needed, we guide you to it promptly.

Treatment ended a year ago and I am still weak. Too late?

Not at all. Post-treatment deconditioning responds to progressive training whenever you begin. Most people feel a clear difference within four to six weeks.

What if I am too weak to travel to the clinic?

We offer home-based onco-rehab in Bannerghatta Road, RR Nagar and Kengeri. Many patients start at home and move to center visits as strength returns.
