  • Back & Neck Pain
  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Knee Pain
  • Sports & Accident Injuries

The back that seizes after the third video call of the day. The knee that complains on the second floor landing. The shoulder that slowly froze over a year of ignoring it. Bengaluru runs on ten-hour desk days and two-wheeler commutes, and our orthopedic room sees exactly what that does to bodies.

Here is our position, stated plainly: passive machines alone do not fix musculoskeletal pain, and neither do endless rest and a lumbar belt. What works is finding the real driver of your pain with a proper movement examination, settling it with skilled hands-on therapy, and then loading the tissue progressively until it stops complaining. That combination is this program. It is our busiest, and it is busiest for a reason.

  • Root Cause Assessment

The site of pain is often not its source. A knee can complain about a lazy hip. We examine the whole movement chain first.

  • Manual Therapy

Maitland and Mulligan style joint mobilisation and soft tissue work to settle pain and restore movement early.

  • Progressive Strength Loading

Tissue that is gradually and consistently loaded becomes tissue that stops hurting. This is where lasting results come from.

  • Prevention & Ergonomics

Ergonomics for your actual desk, habits for your actual commute, and a maintenance routine so the problem stays gone.

Do I need an MRI before starting?

Usually not. Most musculoskeletal pain can be assessed and treated clinically. If your examination genuinely suggests imaging, we will say so clearly and refer you.

How many sessions does back pain take?

Most uncomplicated back pain improves noticeably within four to six sessions when the home exercises actually get done. Complex or long-standing cases take longer, and we will give you an honest estimate at assessment.

Do you crack joints?

We use graded mobilisation and, where appropriate and consented, manipulation. Nothing forceful happens without explanation, and hands-on work is always paired with exercise so the result lasts.

Can I come after a road accident?

Yes, frequently. From whiplash to post-fracture stiffness after cast removal, we rebuild strength and confidence in stages, coordinating with your orthopedic surgeon where needed.
